At ChicDate, we are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent service to our customers. All items undergo a thorough quality inspection before they are packaged and shipped. However, if you receive a defective or incorrect item, we offer a straightforward resolution process.

1. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once a package leaves our warehouse, it cannot be canceled.

  • Process: Contact us at support@chicdatewear.com to request cancellation and provide a reason

  • Handling Fee: No processing or handling fee for canceling an order prior to shipment

  • Timeline: Approved cancellations are processed within 1–2 business days


2. Defective Products & Quality Issues

If you receive an item with manufacturing or quality defects, please follow these steps within 3 days of receiving your package:

  1. Contact Us: Email support@chicdatewear.com

  2. Provide Proof: Attach clear photos or videos showing the specific quality defect

  3. Resolution: Once verified (usually within 1 business day), we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or store credit

  4. You do not need to return the defective product

Note: If you are unable to provide photo or video evidence of the defect, the item must be returned to our warehouse at your own expense before a refund or exchange can be processed.


3. Non-Quality Returns & Exchanges

If you wish to return or exchange products for reasons other than quality defects (e.g., changed mind, wrong size selection):

Redelivery shipping fee (for exchange) Borne by you
Item condition Unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with original tags and packaging
Non-returnable items Clearance items, free gifts, items marked non-returnable

4. Wrong Items or Missing Shipments

You are eligible for an immediate refund or replacement without returning any items if:

  • The shipping carrier officially confirms that your package was lost or damaged in transit

  • We inadvertently shipped the incorrect item, wrong size, or incorrect print/color


5. Refund Processing

Step Description
1 Refund is approved (for defect, wrong item, or after return received)
2 Refund is processed within 7 business days
3 Funds are sent to your original payment method or store credit

Refund options:

  • Store credit – Instant, can be used for future orders

  • Original payment method (credit/debit card or PayPal) – Additional 3–7 business days depending on your bank

Note: Original shipping charges and shipping insurance fees are non-refundable.


6. Important Return Instructions

A. Do Not Return to Sender

Do not send packages back to the address printed on the shipping label. That is a carrier hub and is not our authorized return warehouse.

B. Authorized Address Only

You must contact us at support@chicdatewear.com before returning any goods. We will provide you with the correct return address. Unauthorized returns sent to the wrong address will not be processed.

C. Package Contents

Ensure your return package contains only items purchased from ChicDate. We are not responsible for returning any third-party items mixed into your shipment.
