This shipping policy applies to all customers who purchase goods from chicdatewear.com. Please read this policy carefully, as it outlines our obligations to you and your rights regarding the delivery of goods. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us at support@chicdatewear.com.


1. Shipping Destinations

We ship worldwide to over 200 countries and territories, including North America, South America, Europe, Asia, Australia, Africa, and more. We partner with major international carriers to ensure your package arrives safely and securely.

If you are unsure whether we ship to your location, please contact us before placing your order.


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer multiple shipping options depending on your location and order weight.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, weather, or carrier delays.


3. Order Processing Time

After you place an order, we will:

  1. Verify your order within 24 hours

  2. Begin picking and packing your items

  3. Ship your order within 1–2 business days

Processing times:

  • Wholesale / Bulk orders: 1 business day (priority handling)

  • Retail / First-time customers: 2 business days

If an item is out of stock, we will notify you by email. No further action will be taken until we receive your response. You may choose to:

  • Exchange the item for another product

  • Cancel the item (partial refund)

  • Cancel the entire order (full refund)


4. Customs Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

Option A – DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) – Available for many countries

We offer DDP shipping options (Air Freight and Sea Freight) where all customs duties and import taxes are prepaid by us. You will not need to pay any additional fees upon delivery.

Option B – DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) – Express couriers (DHL/FedEx/UPS)

For express courier shipments, customs duties and taxes are NOT included. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and will be calculated and displayed at checkout (where available). In some cases, the carrier may contact you directly for payment before delivery.

Tip: Higher order values often qualify for more favorable tax rates. Bulk purchases unlock greater cost efficiency.


5. Shipping Cost Calculation

Shipping costs are calculated based on three factors:

Weight Heavier packages cost more, but the cost per kg decreases as weight increases
Delivery method Express courier (faster) vs. Air/Sea freight (economy)
Destination country Distance and local carrier rates

Example product weights (for reference):

Bikini / Lightweight top 0.05 – 0.1 kg
Cotton dress 0.2 – 0.3 kg
Leather / Denim jacket 0.4 – 0.6 kg
Coat / Heavy outerwear 0.7 – 1.0 kg

Since exact shipping costs depend on the final order weight, the most accurate shipping fee will be calculated at checkout. For bulk orders (over 50 kg), please contact us for a custom shipping quote.


6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with:

  • A tracking number

  • A link to the carrier's tracking page

You can also track your order by logging into your account on chicdatewear.com.


7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit:

  • Please contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date

  • We will file a claim with the carrier and either resend your order or issue a full refund

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Take photos of the damaged package and items

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund after reviewing the evidence


8. Incorrect Shipping Address

You are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

  • If you realize you made a mistake, contact us immediately at support@chicdatewear.com

  • If the order has not yet been shipped, we can update the address for you

  • If the order has already been shipped, we cannot reroute the package. The order may be returned to us, and you will be responsible for any re-shipping fees
